Wasabi Salad Dressing

Wasabi salad dressing (WF, GF, DF)
Spice up a green salad with this dressing inspired by Japanese ingredients.
Ingredients:
1-2 teaspoons Wasabi
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 lime, juiced
1-2 tablespoons Mirin (rice wine vinegar)
2-3 tablespoons olive oil

Method:

Add the ingredients into a jar and shake vigorously.

Pour over your salad and enjoy!
