Panforte

Panforte (WF, GF, DF)
A rich treat for a special occasion.
Ingredients:
⅔ cup chopped whole almonds
⅔ cup chopped hazelnuts
⅔ cup chopped walnuts
1 ½ cups mixed dried fruit
⅔ cup gluten-free flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon all spice
60g chopped dark chocolate (dairy-free if desired)
60g unsalted butter (or coconut oil )
¼ cup honey
⅓ cup organic raw sugar
Icing sugar or cocoa for dusting
Method:
Preheat oven to 150ºC.
