Hijiki salad
Recipe by Angela Haldane
hijiki seaweed soak in water until softened
slices of mushroom
carrot cut into matchsticks
cooked tofu
soy sauce or tamari
sugar to taste
additional extra
corn kernels
Method:
Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve
I was on a herbal course at Viritidas Farm, Wanaka where Yuko brought this delicious sea vegetable salad along for a shared lunch...I just had to ask her for the recipe.
