Also known as ‘mother of the gut’ – many have used chamomile tea to relieve trapped wind, nervous tension and cramping. Chamomile is also nourishing to the gut wall.

Globe artichoke – Cyanara scolymus
A bitter tonic herb which stimulates the flow of bile which assists with the break down of dietary fats and proteins. Globe artichoke is a herbal remedy that supports good liver health.

Ginger – Zingiber officinale
A warming digestive herb, which has studies to prove its effectiveness with nausea, indigestion.

Fennel – Foeniculum vulgare
Fennel has a traditional culinary use to ease digestion, as it calms bloating and digestive discomfort.

Licorice – Glycyrrhiza glabra
Mainly for taste, but also helps to maintain regular bowel movements.

This product is a blend of herbal tinctures which contains alcohol. It comes as a concentrate and is best diluted in water or juice.
